Product Description
The laminated sprocket nose bar is specially designed for full-time professional users of pulp, wood cutting and heavy farm users. It is made of special alloy steel with high strength and light weight. Ideal for modern high-speed saws.
The solid bar nose is made of special alloy steel, which has high strength and long service life and is not affected by dirty and high resistance working environment.
The special design of the nose provides this bar longer service life, and it is made of special alloy steel for a high-strength bar body to be extremely wear-resistant. The splicing point between the body and the nose is fixed with rivets through overlapping ears.
This special light-weight RSN bar are manufactured and assembled using advanced technology machines and heat salt heat treatment to provide high standard of durability, strength, finsh and accuracy.
The harvester replaceable sprocket nose bar provides excellent performance for high-speed mechanical harvesting conditions.
